In these uncertain times, surrender might be one of the most difficult states to be in. And yet, through surrender in a safe place, we find freedom and possibility. In this workshop, we will explore a sequence of Restorative Yoga poses specifically designed to open the hips, pelvis and belly areas, facilitating blood circulation and softening the pelvis, hips, and abdominal area. If you experience challenging “women’s issues” (menstrual difficulty, fertility challenges, menopausal discomforts), this is the practice for you. With the help of props (bolsters, blankets, belts and blocks) we will create a safe place to surrender. Enjoy the sensation of being safe and held in a healing space.
