Vinyasa Flow with Mo Gorman

Vinyasa yoga will link asanas (poses) together with an emphasis on breath. Enjoy a faster-paced flow invigorating and energizing the body with the employment of tapas (heat). You can expect balancing poses, back bends, arm balance work and flexibility training. Shivasana (final rest) will culminate our practice.
