You will be guided through meditation, breath, body awareness, alignment, and movement. This class will offer you tools to take into your labor and birth experience, as well as support for regaining strength in the postpartum journey. All levels of experience are welcome!

Tai Chi with Maria Cordero

Maria has being practicing Tai Chi for over 30 years. Tai Chi is meditation in motion and is an element of the the holistic healing practices in Chinese Medicine. Tai Chi is use to enhance the person’s flexibility, mobility, supports the immune system and improve the movement of Qi or life force. Tai Chi is easily adaptive to benefit any person in a rehabilitation process, it is used to enhance focus and attention, reduce anxiety and support detoxification of the mind and body.

Thai Yoga - Assisted Stretch with Jen Sena

This class supports your fitness and wellbeing goals by building somatic awareness and overall flexibility. Together we move through a variety of asanas using breath, props, and Thai assisted stretches to activate and release the muscles we are targeting in each pose. Hands-on adjustments are provided by the instructor, but are optional as modifications are provided to accommodate individual needs and preferences.

Beginner’s Yin Yoga with Rachel Pradarelli

This beginner friendly class focuses on long-held, floor-based postures designed to release deep tension, improve circulation, and create a space for relaxation. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and stillness, you’ll tap into a a sense of balance inner calm. No prior yoga experience required, just bring yourself and an openness to unwind. This class is a welcoming space for all to slow down, reset, and nourish mind, body and spirit.

Hot Hit Mat Pilates with Riel Bellow

60 mins. Advanced

This is an hour long high intensity mat class. The first 45 minutes we will move through sixteen different movements targeting eight different areas of the body. The sequencing is twenty seconds on with ten seconds rest, and breaks between exercises for demonstrations. It is fast and intense, but modifications are provided for every exercise. Special attention is paid to breathing modalities to assist with the movements. We end the class with fifteen minutes of stretching and grounding exercises. As a lover of music, I put a lot of time into my playlists! So get ready to jam out and feel like you’re dancing, as we push through this high intensity workout.
