This workshop will explain what Restorative Yoga is, detailing how it works on physical, psychological and spiritual levels. We’ll practice a sequence of restorative poses designed specifically to release stress and alleviate tension in the body-mind. We’ll also explore poses you can do on your own at home to instill a sense of calm and contentment in your life. Relax, renew and rejuvenate your body and mind.
