Meet the Founder

Kevin discovered yoga upon moving to Boulder Co in the mid 90's.  As he embraced the rejuvenating effects to his body and mind, he felt transformed.  A sense of spirit grew which enhanced his daily experience.  Yoga delivered inner peace and joy into his daily moments, along with freedom of movement into his body.  To enhance the lives of others through yoga is a passion he strives to fulfill.  Sharing the insights of his practice, he hopes to enlighten the community to the benefits of yoga for well-being, inner peace, and longevity.
