Do you find it hard to slow down to listen to what your body needs? Do you often spend more time/energy taking care of others rather than taking care of yourself? Join us for an evening of self love and self compassion.
Melissa Osborn, MD, a pain physician and intuitive healer, will lead a guided meditation to help you connect more deeply to your authentic self and invite you to embody the next level of self love and self compassion to support your highest good.
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to lay on the floor during the guided journey. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. A journal and pen are recommended because there will be some space to reflect upon the experience prior to coming out of the meditative experience. Sometimes writing when in a meditative state of consciousness helps us to reach deeper truths within ourselves. There will also be some time for sharing experiences and connecting with others.
